1. How long and what form does it take to settle a claim of the NiSSOT system ?
Answer: In spite of the fact that we haven´t had complaints on the NiSSOT system , there exists our service system. If you have a problem with the NiSSOT system , we can offer you a contact to a service organization that repairs defective units. The second form how to settle a complaint is exchanging the defective unit for the new one. We can deliver it to customers immediately.
2. A question concerning a handle switch: this is the possible situation: I am in the room and I would like to switch off as I ´m going to sleep. Do I have to go to the door, open it and switch off from outside? It is not very practical. Could you offer a better alternative?
Answer: It isn´t so complicated. Key ring - transmitter on a night table or door fitting NiSSOT inside the room are the solutions for this problem.
3. When ordering and installing the NiSSOT system including door fitting NiSSOT: If I switch on using a front door fitting NiSSOT in the entrance hall and then I´ll close the front door. How shall I switch off without opening the front door fitting NiSSOT? Is it necessary to install another remote control transmitter?
Answer: Yes, it is necessary to install another remote control transmitter (or key ring transmitter) which controls light in the entrance hall.
4. When I use a common wired electroinstallation, I have only one switch in the entrance hall but when I use the NiSSOT system I need two switches. It could be quite complicated for users, couldn´t it ?
Answer: It is only a question of routine. The system NiSSOT offers more comfort in other spheres of activities.
5. When the radius of the transmitter signal is small or disturbed by a house construction, is it possible to enhance the effect of the radius?
Answer: Yes, it is possible to add the external antenna.
6. Is there a possibility to program a mode of random lighting?
Answer: Yes, there is, a software modification is needed. This requirement, however, should be accepted before production stage.
7. Is it possible to deliver the entry door fitting NiSSOT with safety qualities?
Answer: It is still in a phase of processing.
8. The door fitting NiSSOT is plastic but the handle is metal (iron). Can this be the cause of disturbing the signal?
Answer: No, it can´t, a metal handle doesn´t affect the function.
9. How long does it take to settle a claim of the NiSSOT system ?
Answer: We contact the service organization that repairs defective units immediately. The second form how to settle a complaint is exchanging the defective unit for the new one. We deliver it to customers as soon as possible.
10. How much do the components of the NiSSOT system cost?

11. Is it possible to use the NiSSOT system in rod spotlights and all types of desk lamps?
Answer: Yes, it is possible but in rod spotlights only in case there is some space for installing the receiver.
12. Is it possible to use the NiSSOT system in rosettes?
Answer: It depends on a type of the rosette. If you have a rosette with the hole distance 90 mm, you can use the key ring transmitter. If you have a rosette with the hole distance 72 mm, you can´t use the key ring transmitter. The NiSSOT system, however, offers you another solution. You can change the rosette for the door fitting NiSSOT.
13. Is the contact sensor always on both sides in door fitting NiSSOT?
Answer: The both sides are not necessary, the other side of the contact sensor might be blocked, for example. The customer´s wish is the only criterion.
14. When I carry the key ring or the remote control transmitter in the pocket, it comes to spontaneous light. Are the transmitters protected against this accident?
Answer: This problem might be solved by protecting the transmitters with locking, it is still in a phase of processing.
